In order to set up of your unit into our management program we will need the following items.

  1. Copy of driver's license or passport.

  2. Copy of Social Security Card.

  3. Copy of Property Deed.

  4. Copy of $300,000.00 liability insurance certificate showing BVR-Management as additionally insured.

  5. Check in the amount of $1,750.00 for set up and operations account.

  6. Signed Power of Attorney.

  7. Set of keys to your unit.

  8. Signed Management Agreement.
